At the January meeting, the Board voted to change the frequency of the general session meetings to bi-monthly. Because of this, the next general session meeting will be held on March 21 at 7 PM.
The Board will continue to meet monthly in executive session. These meetings are to discuss violations, legal matters, formation of contracts, personnel matters, or meeting with owners upon the owners request. If you have any questions, please contact Avalon Management. The Association is about halfway complete with the paver project. Once the exit side of road is completed, the contractor will begin work on the entrance side. The soil engineer visited the site and provided a "thumbs up" when testing the compaction under the new pavers. This project will continue for about two more weeks and then our entry and exit gates will be operating normally.
The long awaited restroom remodel is now complete and both the men's and women's restrooms are open for use by our residents.
