A recent Director resignation has left a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Therefore, the Board of Directors is requesting applications for any property owner that wishes to serve on the Board of Directors for the remaining portion of the one year term, or until July 2022. Thank you for expressing an interest in volunteering your time to help the community. Please find the Board of Directors Application attached and send to: Green River Homeowners Association c/o Avalon Management 31608 Railroad Canyon Road Canyon Lake, CA 92587 Fax: (951) 244-0520 Email: [email protected] The deadline to return your application is Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. The Board of Directors is comprised of unpaid volunteer neighbors in your community and they are charged with maintaining, preserving and enhancing the common assets of our Association. In order to perform those duties, our Board depends upon the advice and counsel of experts in various fields of community association management: our management company, attorneys, landscapers, insurance specialists, etc. When making decisions regarding our community, the Board is expected to consider all the facts and factors involved in the issue and make the best business decision possible. In addition to dealing with insurance, maintenance, financial and contractual decisions, the board must also balance their positions on the board with their role as a homeowner. If assessments are increased that means they are increased for them also. If rules are enacted, that means they have to obey them, too. Serving on the Board reflects just how seriously they take that responsibility. ![]()

Thank you for your cooperation during this maintenance/ beautification project This message is for those residents that pay using the annual coupon book. This does not affect anyone already using auto-debit/ACH, their bank's bill pay service, or through PayLease/Zego.
All coupon books were ordered on December 4th, however due to Covid the supplier of the coupon books has had to operate with fewer staff members than needed. In addition, due to both the holidays and Covid affecting the post office, what would normally take 3-5 business days to deliver the mail is now taking 2-3 weeks. Remember most communities allow until the 15th of the month before a payment is considered late. If you would like to mail in your payment before you receive a coupon book you can mail it to the bank: {Name of your community} c/o The Avalon Management Group PO Box 52982 Phoenix, AZ 85072-2982 You may also mail it to our corporate headquarters: {Name of your community} 31608 Railroad Canyon Road Canyon Lake, CA. 92587 You can drop off your payment.
